The plane in which Baťa died already belongs to Zlín. His granddaughter also wished to see the plane installed in the Memorial

An integral part and heart of the Tomas Bata Memorial in Zlín is a model of Baťa's Junkers F 13ge aircraft. The model of the aircraft in which Tomáš Baťa tragically died in an air crash in Otrokovice on 12 July 1932 was financed, manufactured and installed for the town of Zlín in the Memorial by the Thomas Bata Foundation in May 2019.
