Bata as a perfect businessman? No way!

When Gabriela Končitíková started studying at the Zlín university, all she knew about Baťa was that he made shoes, and the family company had operated all over the world up to the present times.  She could not have known, of course, how the world-famous entrepreneur and visionary would change her life. For fourteen years she has been researching the Bata empire and busting the myths around it. And she says that many of the ideas for improving work and personal life can still inspire today.
