It is the left wing of the living room and adjoins the hall and the Hugo Vavrečka Hall. It is a suitable space for intimate business meetings or can be used within the entire ground floor space.

The most important place on the entire ground floor is Tomáš Baťa's study, which has been furnished in an authentic form. It is furnished with furniture from the 1930s manufactured for the directors of the Bata company. The main feature of the study is a large window, the purpose of which was to give the boss the best view of the factory. The study offers a place to get acquainted not only with the personality of Tomáš Baťa, but also with the Bata company. Period photographs and some of his personal belongings are on display here.
