The lecture introduces customer care as perceived by the Bata philosophy. Customer relationship was fundamental for the Bata company, its aim was never just to make a sale, but to create a bond that keeps the customer coming back and the whole family forming a relationship with the brand.
During the lecture you will learn how best to create an emotional relationship with the brand. At the same time, the topic focuses on the personality and position of the entrepreneur, ethics in business, the principles of business communication, and the facts about the prerequisites for hiring and training Bata sales representatives and salespeople.
Of course, the topic of advertising is not omitted either. We will answer the question of how Bata approached advertising. Did you know that every leaflet is supposed to be more than a poorly printed piece of paper? Advertising is a means of deepening the relationship with the customer.
