A series of 12 original postcards captures Zlín and its most significant buildings. The postcards were created by illustrator Jindřich Janíček, part of the creative and publishing duo taketaketake. Each illustration serves as an invitation to completed or upcoming walking routes that you can explore in Zlín alongside an online guide.
The collection features iconic Bata architecture, such as Labour Square and the former factory complex, as well as post-war buildings and urban ensembles, including the Jižní Svahy housing estate and the Workers' Theatre, now the Zlín Municipal Theatre.
The postcards are published by the aArchitektury association, the main organizer of the Zlín Architectural Manual database (www.zam.zlin.eu), in collaboration with the Tomas Bata Foundation and other supporters.
