Gabriela Končitíková

Director of the Thomas Bata Foundation, lecturer and writer on the legacy of the Bata philosophy

She has been studying the legacy of Bata for a long time and is the author of several Bata books. She has been working at the Thomas Bata Foundation since 2016 and her professional activities include the application of the Bata Management System to the current business environment. Her lectures focus on specific parts of the Bata Management System, Bata leadership and the Bata Management System in general. Jakub Malovaný

Project and PR manager of the Thomas Bata Foundation

Publicist, editor and writer. He works for the Thomas Bata Foundation as a PR and project manager. In 2013-2019, he was a member of the artistic ansemble of the Municipal Theatre Zlín. He is the author of several books. He is a long-time journalist, has written hundreds of articles and interviews, and is a regular contributor to the cultural magazine inZlin. He has been a member of the H+Z Club since 2022. Professionally, he worked as an editor of Czech Radio and a reporter for CNN Prima News

Klára Branická

Coordinator of educational programmes for pupils and students

She works as a coordinator of educational programmes for pupils and students in the Thomas Bata Foundation, she also leads the Bata Student Club. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics at Tomas Bata University in Zlín and co-founder of the Diario project, which is dedicated to the creation of student diaries. She is involved in the concept of the Inspired the Bata Way diary.

Martina Jadrníčková

Assistant

As an assistant, she focuses on planning tours, cultural events and workshops at the Bata Villa. In addition, she arranges rentals of the Villa for private and corporate events and manages the Thomas Bata Foundation's website and e-shop. In her spare time, she devotes herself to her family, which is her first priority. She loves to travel and enjoy trips to the countryside, with mountains and skiing being her great passion.
