Reflections and Speeches by Tomas Bata were collected by Antonin Cekota, a Bata journalist and close collaborator of Tomas Bata. Due to his journalistic activities, he was present at all important meetings, social events and milestones that influenced the company. He had a unique opportunity to collect the main ideas of Tomas Bata.
