The first Czech Buddhist monk
A lecture by Jiří Holba on Martin Novosad, a native of Vizovice, the first Czechoslovak, who went to Sri Lanka in 1938, where he became a world-famous Buddhist monk and in 1961 was visited by Hanzelka and Zikmund in his hermitage near Bandaravela.
