The Forest Cemetery is also worth a visit. Tomáš Baťa was of the opinion that the cemetery should be a place where people come to remember their loved ones with joy, among trees and nature. He was therefore not a fan of standing monuments, but those that are embedded in the grass. Here you will find the resting place of Tomáš Baťa, his wife Marie, his siblings and other family members.
