The lecture introduces the educational system of the Bata company and its gradual development and transformation. The essence of education was the general development of each man's personality. The cross-cutting themes were psychology and communication, because the principle that people need to get along to make the company work effectively was respected. And to be able to get along, they must first understand each other.
At the same time, the audience will learn what the content of the different levels of educational programs was, how the colleagues were involved in creating the educational content, how the education was planned, why family members were involved, and how broad the range of topics was.
Many may be surprised to learn that the vast majority of the topics offered were, at first glance, unrelated to the needs of the company, but the opposite is true. The Bata company took pride in the complexity of developing the personality of each colleague.
