The Tomas Bata Foundation offers the Bata Academy for secondary schools. It is a set of a total of four lectures. Meetings, during which students get to know a specific topic from the Bata legacy, are held once a month. Between individual meetings, students work out tasks and exercises, through which they test how they are influenced not only by the Bata philosophy, but also by the principles of self-made management from the Bata legacy.
Individual meetings are held on the premises of the school, the meeting lasts approximately 90 to 120 minutes. The Bata Academy also provides educational materials. The final meeting can be held in the premises of Bata villa. After completing the course, its graduates receive a certificate.
The appropriate number of students is between 20 and 30 students. The Academy always starts in January or September and lasts for one semester. The number of academies is limited and it is necessary to book the class in advance via email at sekretariat@batovavila.cz. Bata Academy is free for students.
